What should a bride to be look for in a good wedding photographer? Â What are some of the wedding photography must haves that no bride should over look? Â How many photos should be purchased and what kind of package should be preferred over others when choosing wedding photography? Â Are there certain photos that can be skipped over in favor of others when choosing wedding photography?
These questions, and many more, are what contributes to a brideâ??s frazzled mind just months before the wedding. Â So often, there are no clear guidelines as to what kind of wedding photography a couple should be looking for, so the bride and groom are forced to trust their wedding photographer and hope theyâ??re not going to be missing anything when it comes to their wedding photography.
The good news is, there is hope for couples looking to get the best wedding photography for their money. Â It is called a wedding photography checklist and you can find it in all kinds of sources, from books, to online, to bride and wedding magazines.
If you chose not to hire a wedding planner, you or someone close to you probably picked up a wedding planning book. Â These books are fabulous tools to help you effectively plan every aspect of your wedding, including photography. Â A Wedding planner book has each part of a wedding divided into sections by when you should hire your experts or choose things like flowers, cake and photographers. Â You will find that each one of these sections is filled with helpful tools and spaces for notes. Â Under the wedding photography section, not only will you find solid guidelines for when to reserve a wedding photographer, but will also offer you a great wedding photography checklist that will help to guide you through the selecting of your wedding photographer to the choosing of a wedding photography package that fits your budget.
If you are working with a wedding planner, you will probably find that they offer a selection of wedding photographers who they frequently work with. Â Wedding planners also offer their own planning guides to choosing a wedding photographer, including a checklist of what you should look for in your wedding photography.
Bride and wedding magazines are a great source for wedding photography tips, as they usually can give more in depth information about one subject because itâ??s a featured article. Â These magazines can draw on the experience of many different experts before compiling their checklists and itâ??s no different with their wedding photography checklists. Â These are usually very in depth and very informative, while also covering trends and classic wedding photography techniques all at the same time.
When choosing a wedding photographer for your special day, it is very important to not only know what youâ??re looking for, but in the interest of staying organized, as with all other parts of planning your wedding, you should be using some kind of wedding photography checklist. The difference is in the details and you will want to make sure to have all your details covered.

Youâ??ve decided to get married â?? congratulations! Marriage is a wonderful institution, especially when you and your lover have decided that you want to truly spend your life together. The biggest problem with getting married, though, isnâ??t the marriage, but the wedding. Weddings are extremely stressful to plan, especially when youâ??ve decided that you want to have a wonderfully large wedding.
A large wedding
The stress of a large wedding has made more than one bride, and groom, panic, and the more you panic, the more youâ??re likely to have a bad start to your marriage. But the truth is that most brides want a large wedding. They want to be the center of attention, if just for a few hours, and they want to remember that day for the rest of their lives. If youâ??re looking to have a large wedding but are worried about the planning, why not look to a 5 star hotel?
Five Star Hotel Wedding
One of the great things about a 5 star hotel is that theyâ??re ready to take care of anything you need, no matter how extravagant they may be. A 5 star hotel is labeled as a 5 star hotel for the simple fact that theyâ??re able to take care of anything at any time. Their service has been rated extreme, in order to get the level of a 5 star hotel, and they are able to help you to cater your wedding much easier than you would ever believe.
The first thing to do is to choose a 5 star hotel. There is a 5 star hotel in ever state, and in almost every county, in the US. If you want to get truly luxurious, you can go to a 5 star hotel in an exotic local such as Dubai, or you can choose to stay close to home and have a local 5 star hotel help you to plan your wedding.
Other than choosing your wedding gown and the grooms tux, you really do not have to do much when you have your wedding at a 5 star hotel. Most 5 star hotelâ??s have a wedding planner attached to the hotel who is there to help you at every turn. They will ask you the questions about what you would like to have happen in your wedding at the 5 star hotel and they will make all of the arrangements for you.
If you have decided that you want to have your wedding at a 5 star hotel, make sure you set your budget. While the 5 star hotel can help you to plan everything, they can also run expensive if youâ??re not firm as to how much you want to spend. Once you have your wedding in place for the 5 star hotel, make sure you book rooms for your friends and family as well at the same 5 star hotel, and know that, when you do so, your friends and family will remember your wedding as the one that they enjoyed due to the seamless and beautiful wedding that you had at a 5 star hotel, thanks to the staff at the 5 star hotel.

Often itâ??s not possible for us to make it lavish and extravagant giving in to peer pressure and almost everyone has their own budget constraints. So how about some catchy concepts about wedding reception sites so that your wedding album is worth a second look!
Now everybody cannot afford a wedding planner so obviously things on card have to be planned in advance to avoid any last minute goof-ups! And of course that first thing that comes to our mind is the wedding reception locations.
Usually outdoor wedding reception sites are a lot more fun compare to weddings in a closed environment. Weddings on a beach, a wedding in a garden or poolside seems to be thrilling idea but what if it rains or snows or if itâ??s too cold?
No one wants their wedding to turn into a damp squib-the bride running for a change or all delicious food soaked in water. Most brides and grooms always look for a unique reception theme or idea which suits their taste. Right from the tiniest detail like the flowers till the wedding cake everything totally adds to the feel of the wedding. Here are some of the popular wedding themes you can stick to like-
The Aqua blue wedding often paired which is often paired with the most classic of supporting acts like silver, pearls and creamy roses is a feast to everyoneâ??s eyes.
Or how about a Dolphin theme wedding-Check out availability at zoos, aquariums or your local sea world which offers wedding packages, some domestic water parks actually have dolphins participate in your ceremony acting as ring bearers and entertainers.
Even a grand fairy tale wedding would be a piece of cake for your guests. Cinderella weddings ask for ice sculptures, cascading floral arrangements perched on top of tall, fluted pillars, clear â??glassâ? slippers lined across the room and no doubt the royal couple should know how to mesmerize the guests with an artful waltz.
After choosing a theme the first thing we need to consider is the wedding reception site and here are a few important things you need to consider before you move on:
*Before choosing the venue think of the number of guests you are inviting. Although it might be your dream reception but the comfort of your guests should not be ignored either.
*Always choose a site that is within the commutable distance for the guests probably just a few miles away from where the wedding ceremony was held.
*Plan everything in advance and book your wedding reception site as early as possible as you have other things to follow with like ordering the cake, flower themes, food etc.
*In case you choose an outdoor wedding site itâ??s always best to keep an indoor option so that you can move inside if it rains.
* Watch your budget. Do not go beyond your capacity. Keep it crisp and sweet. A successful wedding reception doesnâ??t necessarily have to be lavish what matters most is the hospitality and the comfort of the guests and a fresh solemn ambience that adds to the flavor of the wedding.

Planning Your Wedding without losing your Mind!
Starting to plan a perfect wedding that reflects your personality is just the beginning. Understanding the meaning and the inspiration for a real wedding is just as important.
First, it is recommended to start to plan a year in advance. Then you have the opportunity to search for locations, food, cakes, bars, officiant’s fees, marriage licenses, gifts & wedding favors, transportation, rentals, stationary, flowers, wedding attire, music, videography and photography.
Enlist family and friends to help.
Wedding planner books are a great help. The planner really helps to create a working structure in which to reduce stress. In fact this is probably the biggest recommendation to the brides. By using the book you will know how to take care of all the aspects of the ceremony and wedding.
Determine your budget based on what you and fiancé will contribute. Spend a fortune is no necessary for a wonderful and memorable wedding. With the help of a planning book, find out what things cost, compare ideas available for your budget.
Delegate a friend or family member to take care of certain things in the reception place. “Big or small problems”. You don’t want to hear about this during your big day. The point is to choose a very competent and trustworthy person to reduce the stress.
Hire qualified service providers and suppliers for you reception. Ask for recommendations from friends or maybe other brides who share the same standard quality reception that your looking for.
Choosing products or suppliers, is a big overwhelming. Always buy samples first. Look quality and services and then order the rest of the items.
Wedding and reception planning will go a long way in preventing your dream day from turning into a nightmare. The success of any projects, “particularly your wedding” depend on the success of the smallest components. Everything from the dress, cake, serving dishes, menu, flowers, gifts, and wedding favors should reflect your personal taste and style. Leave a lasting impression that all the guests, friends, family, you and your fiancé will cherish for years to come.
Remember your wedding should be the happiest days of your life. Your wedding planning should reflect this. So prepare yourself to enjoy and know that with creativity and an open mind, you can achieve the wedding of your dreams.
If you need more great ideas, look at these
for supplies and accessories. Before your start to plan for your big day , you need to know exactly how much money you have to work with!

I want to plan my wedding in a book, so i can collage ideas, write notes etc.
I don’t want to buy a wedding planner, because i have a check list, and i’d rather have my own little artistic mix.
Which size do you think would be better? A4 or A5.
Do you think i would be better carrying it with me so i can note down ideas while i’m out?
I’d go with A4.
Its not to big to carry around, but big enough you can be very artistic and ave enough room to keep notes and have fun
Thats a great idea by the way :] It will be fun to look back years after your wedding to see your notes and stuff
and to show your kids when they are older
I want to buy one for a future bride as a Christmas present, something current, and I am not sure which one is the best. It should be a planner as well as a keepsake book. Help!
There are a ton of options on the market right now. A week ago today, we went to a good friends wedding that the bride planned with her mother. (meaning they didn’t hire a professional wedding planner.) It was an incredible event and you would never have known that she did all the organizing and planning herself. I put a link below to the wedding planner/organizer she used. She said it was awesome! I also too pictures and posted it on my blog. You’re welcome to check that out too!
Best of luck! I hope your day is wonderful!
are there any good books i can get her?
Any Wedding planning books will be helpful. The Miss Manners Guide to Etiquette would also be wonderful.
I usually bring letters of recommendation, a sample "notebook" (the book that holds it all), contracts and receipts. What would you want to see?
previous weddings that they have done and proof that they did them.
My mom got it for me randomly last year from a library. From what I remember, there’s a wedding planner hired to help a prince get married, but instead she marries him to please his dying father. Of course they end up falling in love, etc, etc. It’s a series, and in one of the other books I think (I think) the plot involves a detective. It’s been driving me crazy–any help would be great!
idk but now i want to read it
Creativity is worth many points, so I’d like to make my project creative. :]
If you’ve read it, it’s called Maximum Ride: Max by James Patterson.
If you’d like to know what I mean by creative:
someone who did the book "The Wedding Planner’s Daughter" made their project look like a wedding invitation.
someone who did the book "Just Listen" made their project look like an iPod.
Ideas?
How about something having to do with traveling at a high speed like, jumping out of a plane or bungee jumping off a bridge or something like that!
Hope my ideas were helpful!
